Saraswati Educational & Cultural Society (SECS)
Saraswati Educational & Cultural Society (SECS) was established in 2006 by Mr. Badri Vishal Tiwari with the motto of providing need based best education at all levels and creating an opportunity for all deserving students.
Dr. Jitendra Tiwari is the President of Saraswati Educational & Cultural Society. The society wishes to establish institution in the field of Technical, Medical Sciences and Management education.
The society was established in the year 2006 with the mission to provide the best quality education in the area of Health Sciences and Management. The society has since then consistently pursued the task of fulfilling its cherished aim of creating talented resources in the field of education and research, thereby adding value to the community, the society and the nation at large. Presently the Society is running the following institution which is approved by, PCI New Delhi, recognized by Govt. of India and affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.

History
Dedicated Administration Guiding Our Educational Excellence
IPSR group of Institutions was established on 26th October 2006 by Mr. Badri Vishal Tiwari is the Founder of Group with the zeal to provide the best education in the area of professional education.
IPSR Group of Institutions was established with intention of promoting high quality of professional education with its foremost sought after respective i.e. Pharmacy and Management with the effort of people who are expertise in their respective fields. Professional programmers are approved by AICTE, PCI New Delhi, recognized by Govt. of India and is affiliated to Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow.
The Group started with Bachelor of Pharmacy Course in the year 2007 then after with the zeal of creating professionals IPSR Group of Institution started its MBA program in the year 2008 and enhanced its education sector by introducing career oriented courses like M. Pharm(Pharmaceutics & Pharmacology) and D.Pharm. It is quite prestigious for the institution to get the approval from Pharmacy council of India(PCI).

President's Message
Dear learners,
Saraswati Educational & Cultural Society was established in the year 2006 by Mr. Badri Vishal Tiwari, the Founder President of the Educational Society with a motto to provide need based education at all levels and to create an opportunity for all deserving students. With a view of providing quality technical education, IPSR Group of Institutions founded IPSR in the year 2007 with intake capacity of 60. The college ¡s provided by AICTE, New Delhi and Recognized by Govt. of Uttar Pradesh. The college is affiliated to Dr. APJAKTU Lucknow.
To achieve the objective and to create opportunities, the trust has applied for establishment of new technical institutes like IPSR Group of Institutions.
As a part of its ambitious future plan Saraswati Educational & Cultural Society will start full fledged hospital with super specialties to facilitate the functioning of medical, dental and nursing colleges at campus at Sohramau, Unnao (U.P.)
The trust has selected eminent personalities from the field of education and industry as members of the management committee, who are committed to provide guidance and advise on academic and professional levels from time to time.
